Charlotte's Cottage is an historic B&B, built in 1871, centrally located in Echuca between the Campaspe and Murray Rivers.
This bed and breakfast features three light, spacious bedrooms with individual heating/cooling and private ensuites.
Delicious cooked breakfast is provided in the dining room or sunlit courtyard. The cottage is just 500m from Echuca's historic port, cafes, shops, hotels and restaurants.

- Over recent years, the cottage became derelict, but fortunately it was heritage listed and unable to be demolished. In 2007, it was lovingly restored and remodelled to become a luxury bed and breakfast. Period features include the original polished floorboards, large Victorian windows, fireplaces and twelve foot timber ceilings.
