The menu has a French influence and uses great products from Australia, specifically Victoria with fruit, vegetables and herbs from the onsite garden.
On a daily basis themenu changes depending on the availability of fresh ingredients from suppliers and from the garden!
Herbs, salads and vegetables are picked just minutes before serving. Mange tout, peas, silverbeet, spinach, spring onions, lettuces and rhubarb are all being picked from the garden this week.
