Pickmere Country Guest House is a listed building located in the village of Pickmere near Knutsford offering 3 star VisitBritain bed and breakfast accommodation. The house dates back to 1772, originally built as a farmhouse it was, in its time, the largest of its kind in Cheshire. It is situated in the centre of the village and just 200 yards from the two local pubs serving good food.

There are 10 bedrooms in the guest house, 7 of which are en suite and all come equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TVs with freeview channels and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Ideally situated for touring Cheshire and the rest of the UK it is just 20 minutes from Manchester Airport and 30 minutes from Manchester and Chester city centres and 40 minutes to Liverpool. It is within 2 1/4 miles to the M6 junction 19 and 5 miles to M56 junction 10.

Getting There: Directions from M6 north and southbound Leave M6 at junction 19 and follow signs for A556 Northwich. Immediately after leaving the roundabout turn right at The Windmill pub into Pickmere Lane. Follow the road for 2 miles into the village of Pickmere. Turn right at The Red Lion pub. Pickmere Country Guest House can be found on the left hand side of the road within 100 yds. If you pass The Elms pub you have gone too far. Pull into the car park at the rear and enter the building through the porch at the rear.
