- Beach House No.1 (ocean views): 15th Dec - 14th Feb: $1800 per week (or $280 per night if available). 15th Feb - 30th Apr: $195 per night or $1300 per week. 1st May - 31st Oct: $175 per night mid week, $185 weekends or $900 per week. 1st Nov - 14th Dec: $190 per night or $1100 per week.
