NEWQUAY -1,2&3Br apts located in NEWQUAY for short,medium & longterm stays. Large living spaces, breathtaking views, modern furnishings. All apts have priv balconies, openplan lounge/dining, full kitchen, laundry with w/machine & dryer, flatscreen TV's & some also in bedroom. Foxtel, access to POOL & GYM. Parking avail @ $10/night.
DIGITAL HARBOUR - 1&2Br new Sohos. These are our "more affordable" apts. Openplan, full kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, small priv balconies with limited northern views. NO POOL OR GYM IN OUR SOHO BUILDING.
WATERGATE - Just a stone's throw from our NewQuay apts Watergate has breathtaking views from priv balconies, full kitchen, bathrooms, full laundries, and a lovely POOL & GYM. From our office on Harbour Esplanade you can enjoy free Internet, Information Centre & book Melb Day Tours.

- NewQuay has many bars and restaurants available to our guests. Guests also have access to gardened common area, gymnasium and heated swimming pools. Our Digital Harbour apartments are over the road from the NewQuay bars and restaurants. There isn't a pool or gymnasium in our very affordable fantastic 1 br soho apartments in the LifeLab building at Digital Harbour. These apartments are the best value in Melbourne. Lovely one bedroom apartments beautifully furnished with every convenience for corporates and leisure visitors to Melbourne.

After looking online at the docklands private collection apartments and feeling rather excited about sipping a bottle of champagne for my birthday on the balcony overlooking the marina in new quay I was most disappointed to find our view was over the train lines and a very uninspiring view of a vacant, dirt lot ...
