Accommodation Choices offer self contained accommodation conveniently located close to the CBD and all amenities. They include everything you need for a comfortable stay. Featuring 17 fully furnished units for single night or long term stays with a choice between 2 bedroom apartments, terraces and townhouses and 2x 3, 2 x 4 bedroom fully self contained homes.

All properties are centrally located near many of Dubbo's eateries and popular farmers markets where seasonal fruit /vegies and boutique wineries are on offer. Choose from our range of accommodation: Goode Times Apartments (2 bedroom) - South Dubbo: Young Times Townhouses (2 bedroom) - West Dubbo (near zoo); Gipps Apartments & Terraces ( 2 bedroom - Central North Dubbo; Carolina & Leonard House (3 bedroom) Central North Dubbo.

Pet Friendly: Dubbo Furnished Apartments offer 3 pet friendly choices. Pets are permitted indoors provided they remain off all furniture and out of bedrooms.
Car parking: All our properties provide off street parking. Carolina House and Young Times have double length parking. Our accommodation is residential apartments and so does not highlight to passers by that they are short term stay - a plus for your security.
Facilities: All our properties are fully self contained. Bedrooms have various bedding configurations and can sleep from 2-8 people per apartment. Carolina House can sleep up to 10 people (using 2 double sofa beds). There is plenty of doonas, blankets and pillows for all. Air Conditioning - we have new split reverse cycle air conditioning systems. Carolina House has ducted reverse cycle AC. There are also portable or ceiling fans for the bedrooms. Living areas have TV, DVD players, magazines, books, children's games, comfortable lounges, dining areas with 6-8 chairs. Kitchens are full sized and fully stocked with stoves, microwaves, full sized refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glassware, plastic for the kids, saucepans, electric fry pan and all utensils. Laundries have washing machines.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartments. They provided 2 bedrooms separate to the living area, all amenities and peace and quiet. They are well located just around the corner from a beautiful park with BBQ and children's playground, and within walking distance of the restaurants and CBD ...
