Tibooburra court house was built in 1887 to a design by colonial architect James Barnet.
The building now hosts the Tibooburra Courthouse Museum, which exhibits photographs and relics of pastoral, mining and other European history in the states far north-west.
It is attached to the local office of the National Parks and Wildlife Service, which provides visitor information, including the latest on the roads and weather, and camping permits for Sturt national park.
