Fitness in the Forest is run in Southampton by a range of expert Personal Trainers.
The seven day camp aims to give participants the tools to become physically and mentally stronger. You will achieve this through exercise and sustainable advice.
The camp has no military techniques but the trainers will ensure you are challenged throughout each session and you as an individual work to your own personal best.
The camp is popular for people who want to loose weight, require sports-specific training, wedding preparation, increased vitality and people who simply want to look their best.
