Three stories of holiday heaven including a cocktail room with 180 Deg ocean views Our purpose designed holiday house is flexible enough to cater for couples or up to 12 Adults. Dinner party? We have a gourmet kitchen featuring stone bench tops and Bosch quality appliances. Electronic entry so there are no keys to lose down the beach. State of the art sound system throughout the house with DVD, CD, Radio and Ipod connectivity. Two separate outdoor living areas including a large deck on the second level overlooking the ocean complete with SS BBQ and dining facilities. Convenient to both Sands Golf Course and the Heart of Torquay's caf strip. Day Spa and Restaurant facilities just across the road at the Wyndham resort. Free espresso coffee and simple to use coffee machine. Separate living and playing areas inside on each level.

    Sleeping Arrangements: Ground floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with bunks a single bed and a trundle (sleeping four) and a full bathroom. (These bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off if not needed). First floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with two king singles that can be zipped together to make another queen bed. Two rollaway beds and a portacot are available for guest use.
