Number 11 Restaurant is a light and airy former florist has been converted into an elegant restaurant serving modern British classics in Folkestone, Kent.
The food is bistro style, with brunch, lunch and dinner all inspired by the abundance of local produce available in Kent.
Dishes include Ham hock terrine with homemade piccalilli, Romney Marsh lamb and Rhubarb lattice with Stem ginger ice-cream.
