    Humphries Cross is an Edwardian Country House set in 20 acres of gardens & paddocks, surrounded by farmland in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

    A wing of the property has tastefully been converted into four self catering apartments sleeping 2/4. Each has its own individual character; "Bluebell" sleeping 2/4 is on the ground floor front facing, "Poppy" sleeping 2/4 is on the first floor front/side facing, "Crocus" sleeping 2 + Cot (or small Child's Bed) is on the ground floor rear/side facing & "Tulip" sleeping 2/4 is on the first floor rear/side facing.

    Public footpaths & bridleways are adjacent. In a quiet secluded setting, yet only 2 miles from medieval Cinque Port town of Rye. Near to sandy beaches, towns, nature reserves.

    Humphries Cross is set on the border of Kent & East Sussex, giving guests opportunity to explore Kent "the garden of England" as well as East Sussex "1066 Country" Chapel Down Vineyard/Winery at Tenterden - 8 miles.

    Sorry No Smoking. Sorry No Pets/Animals. Note: Only Bluebell has a dishwasher. SLEEPING CAPACITY: All of the apartments are ideally suited for 2 Adults; however a maximum of 2 Adults + 2 Children can be accommodated in Bluebell, Poppy & Tulip. CHILDREN WELCOME: Apartments Poppy & Tulip are not suitable for children under the age of 5 years, but Babies and Children under the age of 5 years are most welcome in apartments Bluebell and Crocus and a Cot, Baby Bath & Highchair can be provided upon request. Please note, there is room for only 1 Cot in Crocus and Bluebell. PLEASE NOTE: The staircase to the first floor is curved; therefore apartments Tulip & Poppy may be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. However our apartments Bluebell and Crocus are both situated on the ground floor.

    PRICE PER WEEK from 185 to 420 GBP per apartment. SHORT BREAKS accepted as follows subject to availability. Short Breaks during Peak Periods only bookable within 4 weeks of commencement. SPECIAL OFFER 4 nights for price of 3 on Mid Week Breaks! BLUEBELL / POPPY: WEEKEND BREAK Saturday to Tuesday (3 Nights) and MID WEEK BREAK Tuesday to Saturday (4 Nights) from 157 to 336 per break. CROCUS / TULIP: WEEKEND BREAK Friday to Monday (3 Nights) and MID WEEK BREAK Monday to Friday (4 Nights) from 130 to 321 per break. RATES: All prices quoted are for 2 sharing. Use of Sofa-Bed will be an additional 30.00 per break/week.
