We hired two vehicles for middle aged families with young children. The female at the orientation was extremely friendly and explained the so called Manager "Danny" was away.

Not only did two vehicles break down, one within driving five kilometres from pickup, but after sitting on the island for hours on the day of return, waiting for them to pick us up, their vehicle being driven across to "rescue!!" us also broke down on the rainbow beach side ...
