Paradise Point by the Water is a fully self contained holiday home with modern interiors and swimming pool, located in Broadwater on the beautiful sunny Gold Coast.

The property is divided into 2 apartments (upstairs and downstairs) and can be rented together or separately - in total sleeping up to 13 people.

Ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area, a child friendly pool, fenced yard and play area, and a covered patio with outdoor setting. This can sleep up to 5 people. The upstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, living & dining area, a balcony with outdoor setting and sleeps up to 8 people.

Please note that if one apartment is rented out, the other will be left vacant for the privacy and comfort of the present tenants making certain that tenants will always have use of pool and yard.
