    The bedding configuration is flexible - 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each. The other two bedrooms have twin king singles which can be zipped together and made up into king beds on request.

    WEEKLY: $1890 for 1-6 Guests $2240 Covers up to 8 Guests. WEEKENDS:$1140 for 2nights, for 1-6 Guests. Add $50 per person for Guests 7 and 8. Stay a third night for only $200 (covers up to 8 Guests). MIDWEEK: Stay two nights in 2 bedrooms - $600. Stay two nights in 3 bedrooms - $665. Stay two nights in all 4 bedrooms - $730. Extra per night to above rates for 3rd or 4th night add: $200. MINIMUM PER BOOKING - $540. DEPOSIT 50% or $540 , whichever is the lever. CANCELLATION TERMS: Refunds are granted only if the vacancy is refilled in full by another booking. A $50 admin. fee will be deducted from any refunds.
