The location of this property is ideal for exploring the surrounding Three Peaks area, with well marked footpaths leading from Selside over both Pen-y-Ghent and Ingleborough and for the less energetic, there are lots of other gentle walks from the hamlet.

- Full oil central heating, woodburner in sitting room. Off-road car-port parking for 1 car, in shared adjoining paddock. Small paved patio area with garden furniture to side of house, overlooking stream. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply. Note: This property is located on the Horton to Ribblehead (B) road. Minimum 7 night stay.
