    The area is criss-crossed with footpaths, leading to beautiful walks, while nearby Matlock offers a host of shops, pubs and restaurants, an interesting museum and a large park offering recreational activities.

    Full gas central heating throughout, electric fire in sitting room. Roadside parking for 1 small car outside property with additional roadside parking on first come first served basis 25 yds away. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Note: Stairs inside cottage and 4 steps which lead to garden are fairly steep. Ensure care is taken. Minimum 7 night stay.
