    Swallows Nest is an outstanding single storey, stone built stable conversion on the owners 4 acre farm, 3 miles from the pretty village of Ashover and 5 miles from Matlock.

    Swallow Cottage boasts 2 bedrooms, a cosy sitting room with woodburner and inviting hot tub. Also, bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility room & games room (both shared with neighbouring properties).

    The area offers excellent walking and cycling, and a 9 hole golf course. A magnificent holiday retreat.

Sorry, no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Note: Small lake & animals are contained in an enclosure on grounds. Access is entirely at own risk - children must be supervised at all times. Minimum 7 night stay.
