    Features include Open plan accommodation with twin beds, fitted kitchen, sitting area & dining area. Separate shower room with shower cubicle & basin. Separate WC.

    Guests are welcome to roam the owner's extensive grounds with a 2.5 acre fishing lake and woodland and nature trail. Perfect for exploring this peaceful area, the property is just 9 miles from the rolling surf and superb beach at Westward Ho!, or Bideford, with its historic quay and Elizabethan pannier market.

    Full oil central heating. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small rear patio/garden with furniture & BBQ. Use of owners extensive garden with 2.5 acre lake & woodland area. Coarse fishing available (12.50 per week payable direct to owner, bring own fishing equipment). One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Minimum 7 night stay.

    Children are not accepted in this property. There is an A-road approx 120 yards from property; there may be some occasional road noise.
