Prospect Cottage is a stone-built, terraced property adjoining the owner's home in the village of Lanchester, in the heart of lovely County Durham.
Features include 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Dining room with woodburner style gas fire. Sitting room with woodburner gas fire.
A visit to the historic city of Durham, just 9 miles away, is a must, and within easy driving distance are the Wear Valley, Wolsingham, Derwent Reservoir, Diggerland and the Roman Wall. While further afield but worth the trip are the spectacular beaches and castles of the Northumberland Heritage coastline.

- Full gas central heating with additional heating from gas fires in sitting and dining rooms. Off road parking. Enclosed rear yard with furniture, front garden area. Cot and high chair if requested at booking. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. This owner charges a refundable 100 Good Housekeeping bond. Minimum 7 night stay.
