    Full oil central heating, woodburner, Aga, underfloor heating in bathroom. Off road parking for 3 cars. Spacious garden with patio, furniture & BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome (not allowed in sitting room). Sorry, no smoking. Track from Healaugh is steep & narrow in parts with areas of loose ground & chippings - care must be taken. Note: Water supplied from spring (modern filtering system installed). Note: This property accepts a maximum of 6 people. Minimum 7 night stay.
