Local Area: The Isle of Seil itself is accessed over Clachan Bridge, known as "The Bridge over the Atlantic", and forms part of an area known for its natural beauty and abundance of wildlife. There are great cycling, walking and fishing opportunities to be found on the doorstep, and within easy reach are the Slate Islands Heritage Centre, the glorious gardens of An Cala and Ardmaddy Castle. Not to be missed are the Sea-fari and Sea Life Adventures boat trips, which offer marine eco-tours including the chance to spot seabirds, basking sharks, whales and dolphins.
