Crossing Cottage is a welcoming, detached, brick-built, former railway crossing cottage, on the borders between Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire, 1 mile from the village of Throckenholt.
Features include 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen leading to small dining room. Sitting room with woodburner.
The cottage is set on the edge of a 10 acre site, which is planted with many young trees. The quiet lane outside the cottage offers a 4 mile walk or cycle ride which takes you past only one farm - a true country retreat.

- Full LPG gas central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Ample off road parking. Rear garden with patio, table and chairs. Two well behaved dogs welcome at 10 per dog per week (to be kept downstairs and off furniture, please bring own bedding). Sorry, no smoking. Minimum 7 night stay.
