    The shops, pubs, tearooms, restaurants and other attractions located within the village are all within waking distance, and include NT property Melford Hall, unchanged since 1578, and Kentwell Hall.

    Full gas central heating, electric coal-effect fire in sitting room. Offroad parking approx 10 yards from cottage. Courtyard garden with furniture. One small well behaved dog welcome at 10 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Note: This cottage is on the main village street; there may be some road noise but the property is double glazed. Note: Stairs have a sharp turn and some varying tread sizes - care should be taken. Minimum 7 night stay.
