Features include 2 double bedrooms with curved walls & shutters (one accessed via the other). Small narrow ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Kitchen with small dining area. Cosy sitting room with curved walls & woodburner. Cellar.

This quaint and charming cottage is within easy reach of several good pubs, often serving food, and is within easy travelling distance of 5 RSPB reserves including Minsmere, 9 English Heritage sites and 9 National Trust properties.

Further Information: Full oil central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Off road parking for 2 cars. Use of two adult bikes with helmets. Garden with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome at 15 per week (please bring own dog bedding). Sorry, no smoking. Substantial welcome pack. Note: This lovely period cottage is compact, and has steep stairs which should be descended backwards like a ladder. Note: Reception on TV is poor. Minimum 7 night stay.
