In 2010, the Adelaide Festival Centre will host the fourth annual OzAsia Festival, which systematically explores the links through both traditional and contemporary work between Australia and the diverse and rich cultures of Asia. It involves both Australian and Asian artists in theatre, dance, music, film, visual arts and literature.

It traditionally begins each year with the free family event, the Moon Lantern Festival in Elder Park. Traditionally families and friends gather together to celebrate the mid-autumn harvest and eat moon cakes. Local Asian community groups will present traditional and contemporary music and dance performances, followed by the stunning parade of signature lanterns at dusk.

Two events on sale now are the 2010 Animania Expo (back by popular demand after 2009) and Korea's Yohangza Theatre Company's fresh and innovative production of Hamlet. The full program will be announced in July 2010 and will be available on the website.
