The Riverland Balloon Fiesta is the only official ballooning event held in South Australia. Renmark will again host the very successful and expanding Riverland Balloon Fiesta.

Hot Air Balloon flights and demonstrations are an amazing experience for all ages. Launches are held daily rising from the finest winter sunshine. With a true kaleidoscope of colours across the Riverland skies this event attracts a diverse audience.

Commercial flights will also be available over the weekend to those who wish to take in some spectacular and unique views of the mighty Murray River and the Riverland.

Riverland Aviation will be holding an open day on Saturday from 10am. A cooked breakfast/ brunch will be available all day. Static Aircraft and model displays, vintage and classic car displays, aerobatic displays and an aircraft township fly over are bound to keep you amazed all day!

The Main Attraction is the "Balloon Night Glow" which is held at the Renmark Town Oval from 5.00pm on Saturday. Enjoy a vast array of children's activities (jumping castle, facepainting, balloon cannon and clancy the jelly bean train) along with catering before you see the spectacle of the balloons lighting up the night sky.

Head to the Renmark Riverfront on sunday from 9am til 1pm to meet & greet the pilots, browse the market stalls and see a balloon in tether, all whilst you look over the magnificant murray river. Catering and childrens activities will be available.

To finish off a fantastic weekend enjoy a 3 course meal at Rustons Rose Garden on sunday night from 6.30pm for the balloonists official dinner.
