A 3 bedroom holiday chalet with self catering accommodation, sleeping 6. The chalet has been recently refurbished and redecorated, with direct access to the beach at Kessingland, on the beautiful Suffolk Sunrise Coast at Kessingland Seaview Estate.
The chalet has a flat screen TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray DVD player. It is ideally situated close to many family attractions such as the award winning Lowestoft beaches, Africa Alive wildlife park, Oulton Broad, Great Yarmouth, Aldeburgh, Walberswick, Dunwich, Minsmere, Orford and Southwold.
Kessingland is a medium sized seaside village, 5 miles from Lowestoft. It has a sand and shingle beach, with safe bathing, perfect for children. Private access to the beach via a concrete ramp.

- The accommodation is all on one storey with no stairs. It is all electric and recently re-furbished and re-decorated. There is a pre-payment electricity meter taking £1 coins. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 has bunk beds. Bed linen is provided. There is a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower over the bath. The lounge and kitchen are open plan, with electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Also there is a small, automatic washing machine. A high chair is available for small children. The chalet is surrounded by well tended lawns. Kessingland was once the richest village in England at the height of the herring fishing industry. Our ancestors worked in the fishing industry. Now it is a medium sized village (population about 4000)
