Guv's is a gracious relaxed 19th century property in the heritage inner city suburb of Paddington. Built in 1865, it is the original guesthouse to the magnificent mansion "Fernberg", home to the Queensland governors. This B&B is perfectlly located near award winning restaurants, cafes and world class shopping.

- Breakfast and dinner is served on the guests' exclusive verandah, adjoining queen size air conditioned ensuite rooms. Owners Steve and Liz run the Kookaburra Cafe providing meals to your room or the formal dining room from 10 am till 10 pm daily.

Without a doubt, this B&B would have to take out the most prized B&B in the world. I've travelled the globe on business and pleasure, Guv's on Fernberg delights and WOW's it's guests.
