Getting ThereOld Ambalindum is located in the "Arltunga Loop" tourist road to the East of Alice Springs, and is also on the newly promoted "Binns Track".
Take the Ross Highway East from Alice Springs for 70km (all sealed) then turn left onto the gravel Arltunga Tourist Road (also signposted as the "Binns Track").
After another 33km you pass the old Arltunga Bush Pub (currently closed) on the left, then straight on and follow the "Binns Track" signs to Ambalindum.
