Sky Dance facilitates classes and weekend workshops in both Meditation and Dance.
The meditation classes are structured as part of stress management programmes.
The Dance & Movement Improvisation sessions integrate certain aspects which remind us of Meditation practices.
Sky Dance aims to pass on certain skills that can be easily applied to our daily activities. These could be tools to prevent some physical pain caused by bad body postures or lack of physical exercise. By bringing body and mind into a state of relaxation, coordination in our movements can improve.
