Tastings at the Top is gourmet extravaganza rated among the country's best food and wine experiences. A 3-day festival celebrating the finer things in life. From degustation dinners to cooking demonstrations, fresh produce markets to wine and cheese tastings and decadent spa treatments at the spectacular Waldheim Alpine Spa. Tastings at the Top encompasses the very best Tasmania has to offer. The event will be jointly hosted by Peter Bourne who is regarded as "The Wine Man" from Sydney and Nick Haddow, the owner and artisan cheese maker from Bruny Island Cheese Co. Both Peter and Nick share an intimate knowledge of Tasmanian produce and are extremely enthusiastic and highly entertaining.
