The Mataranka Never Never Festival is a magical weekend filled with a variety of activities for everyone. Activities include a family evening of bush yarns and poetry with camp oven stew and damper, Saturday a Family Fun Day in the park, book signing by local authors and sporting events.
Sunday there will be a Bush Chapel Service and markets.
More activities and events to be finalised. Enjoy the warmth and quiet of Mataranka, wander through the library and museum and enjoy a relaxing swim in two thermal pools.

- Saturday night is the 'Battle of the Bands' competition, with food and a licensed bar available, entry is via a gold coin donation. There will be a Bush Chapel Service on Sunday morning, markets to stroll through, billy tea and scones to enjoy, and the viewing of the movie 'We of the Never Never' to watch.
