The cottage has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms - one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, giving flexible accommodation ideal for three couples, families with grandparents or larger parties. The upstairs en-suite bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom with bathroom adjacent has a double bed and a single bed, as does the downstairs bedroom. All the rooms have ample space for a cot. There is oak flooring in all the main rooms, a tiled floor in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen, and underfloor heating throughout.

There is a fenced lawned garden and parking outside the cottage for up to three cars. The French doors from the downstairs bedroom into the garden have a level access across a paved area. Your Yorkshire welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and home-baked cake.
