A spectacular showcase of indigenous music and talent.
Hosted by Music NT Inc, the awards acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of the Territory's Aboriginal music performers, both in contemporary and traditional genres. The annual ceremony and concert is itself a prestigious showcase of local talent attracting an increasing number of key national industry professionals. The awards platform has previously led to new recording and touring opportunities for a number of Northern Territory artists.
Food and drinks will be available, no 'bring your own alcohol'. There is limited seating on site, so don't forget to pack a rug.
