    Mandalay is nestled into thick vegetation which gives a feeling of being somewhere remote yet the beauty of this property is the proximity to the bay beach, a short 500 metre stroll. The property delivers in every way, not only is this a premium location but the overall design & proportions of Mandalay are generous. Mandalay is a great property for families as there is a separate play room complete with TV/DVD & the garden has heaps of room to play & explore. The rear deck hosts an outdoor dining area for 10. The alfresco area is secluded & protected with loads of sun in the afternoon. There is also a fabulous BBQ. The yard is filled with play equipment for the kids including cubby house, swing & trampoline. For those wanting to escape family & chill out with friends Mandalay is also a wonderful escape for an adults getaway. Mandalay is a playground for both the adults & the kids.
