This approach entails a detailed health assessment to uncover the underlying causes of the individual's health problems. The health assessment includes the taking of a detailed analysis of current and past symptoms, history of genetic health pre-dispositions, medications and physical assessment. It includes an examination of the efficiency of the digestive, hormonal, immune, respiratory, musculoskeletal, glandular, skin, urinary, reproductive, nervous, circulatory, emotional and detoxification body systems. Specialised health programs are customized for the following health conditions:
Poor detoxification - including poor detoxification/ elimination of the liver, bowel, kidney, circulatory, skin and lymphatic systems

Based on the outcomes of the health assessment, Diane develops a health plan to provide a clear path to help achieve the individual's optimal health and vitality. This will involve appropriate lifestyle, nutritional/dietary changes, medical herbalism and supplementation tailored specifically for the individual. Diane's role is also to be a lifestyle and nutritional trainer to empower the individual to help achieve their optimal health. Diane also focuses on preventative medicine to protect the patient's health as well as to heal existing health conditions. Consultations are rebateable by most private health funds. Payments can be made by cash or credit cards. The initial appointment takes up to one and a half hours and follow-up appointments are half an hour. Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday.
