The Nitya Sukha Yoga Centre offers a safe urban oasis where everyone is encouraged to spend time with themselves and tap into their own inner wisdom. Our focus is to create a space that challenges the mind, heals the body and awakens the spirit.
CLASS DESCRIPTION
All our classes are Purna yoga and allow our students to explore themselves through the practice of Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. Our aim is create a well rounded yoga practice to encourage our students to listen to their body, respect its wisdom and work at their own pace.
