- Enjoy simply magnificent views of the water. Wander through the gardens or around the lake between courses. There are a drawing room and billiards room for pre and post dining drinks.

- The chef provides an eclectic mix of cooking influences as a solid foundation for outstanding modern Australian cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the old tradition of Sunday High Tea.
