Acton Lodge is a luxury, heritage-listed cottage at Acton Park, 15 minutes east of Hobart. This convict-built sandstone cottage is nestled in the grounds of Acton House, a C1830 Georgian mansion. The Lodge has two queen bedrooms, one with French doors opening to a private verandah and the second ensuite bedroom offering panoramic views across the valley. The living room includes a fireplace, leather chesterfield sofa and cosy wingback chairs. French doors lead to the veranday. The main bathroom includes a double spa and underfloor heating. A kichenette is stocked with generous breakfast provisions.
