The bedding consists of a queen bed in the main bedroom and the remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. In the lounge/dining there is a TV with DVD player and new carpet in the bedrooms and lounge; the rest of the house has tiles. The kitchen has been fully renovated and included a brand new oven, dishwasher & fridge.

Out the back is a sitting area with a clothes line and fully fenced yard for the children to play. Great position with Mermaid Beach shops at the end of the street and the beach at the other end.
