The dining room is air-conditioned with comfortable furniture and there is a separate childrens lounge area with WII & plasma TV and a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with a new built in BBQ and sink, perfect to sit outside in the warm Queensland climate. The pool is the next stop to cool down and there is also plenty of grassed area for the children to play.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the largest room has a queen bed, built in robes, air-conditioning & access to the outdoor area, there is also an en suite in this room with a spa bath. . There is a small shopping centre along with restaurants approx 5 minutes drive away. Linen is not supplied but can be hired.
