Covering an area of approx 70,000 acres, Charlotte Plains is a working cattle station situated just 54kms east of Cunnamulla - "at the back of Bourke where the crows fly backwards to keep the dust out of their eyes".

- Getting there from Cunnamulla - travel a total of 50km. From the Caltex Service Station drive 30km along the Balonne Highway towards St George to the Charlotte Plains sign which is just over a grid. Then travel a further 20km on the gravel road to the homestead.
