Welcome to the newest Health Club in Coffs Harbour!

We are located in the beautiful Jetty area, just a short walk to the beaches and cafes - the perfect way to finish off your workout!

Our health club has been fitted out with the latest in Hammer Strength and Life Fitness weight equipment and we have catered for the very beginner to those in intense training. You will find machines that are exclusive to our club which will make a big difference to your workout!

With our open plan layout, training has never been so easy, with friendly staff and an ocean breeze makes it even more enjoyable. (fully air conditioned during summer when there is no breeze)

Workout in our Cardio studio as you gaze out to the ocean and the beautiful Mutton Bird Island - or enjoy the plasma screens and latest music.

Enjoy your classes? With a new studio and aerobic sprung floor, come join us for a variety of classes including Zumba, Bodypump, BodyBalance, BodyAttack, Freestyle classes, Senior classes, Pilates, and not forgetting those Cycle enthusists - we have a new spin room that is fully air conditioned, but you are guaranteed to work hard!

Looking for PT? We have some of Coffs Coast best and experienced trainers ready to help you reach your fitness goals, with a variety of packages to suit everybody.

After products or training gear? We have a variety of products to help you with your fitness goals whether you wish to put on size, recover, lose a few kilos or that pre workout pick me up, we have soemthing for you, and if we dont have it we are happy to get it for you!

Looking for some new workout gear? We stock Rockwear for the ladies and have a range of shirts and singlets for the guys to train in.
