Further Information: The master bedroom has a queen bed, WIR & ensuite with shower, vanity & toilet . Bedroom two has a double bed & built in robes while bedroom three has two single beds & a wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath and shower & there is a separate toilet. Both the formal lounge area & family room has a TV & DVD player & the digi box in the family room ensures you get the extra HD channels now available in Perth. The family room has a sofa bed that can sleep two extra guests. The property is fully air conditioned for our hot summer months & also has gas central heating for our mild winters.
