    It is only about 30 mins by car to the Adelaide Airport or the City and is close to the world renowned wineries at McLaren Vale.

    Aside from the stunning view, the house features a spacious lounge area with widescreen TV/DVD, well appointed kitchen, and private outdoor setting with BBQ. Undercover parking is also provided.

    From your armchair in the lounge you can watch dolphins frolicking with the boats as they enter and leave the local boat ramp complex and every night of the year marvel at the amazing sunsets.

    There is also provision to park a boat, and a large boat ramp complex is only minutes away. Ajoining this is a permanent off lead dog beach and as long as your dog is small to medium and well behaved he can stay with you as well
