James on Tuckfield

James on Tuckfield is a funky, modern holiday house located opposite the old Fremantle Arts Centre, within walking distance of the city's heart.

Built in the 19th century, this glorious building has been reborn as a chic 2-bedroom home with designer kitchen, home theatre, and outdoor entertaining area.

The master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a double bed, single bed. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with large below bench oven. All benchtops are stainless steel. High quality crockery and cutlery are provided. Outside the generous deck area is an electric BBQ with a very pleasant garden. One bathroom has shower, toilet and handbasin with another toilet and shower shared with the laundry facilities.

The original front door is now closed and access is from a gate next to the roller door to the parking area within the walls of James. Although built onto the street it is highly secure and very quiet. Secure parking for two cars.
