Chris Wake was one of the international artists chosen to represent Australia in the 2010 International Fine Art Collection celebrating the FIFA World Cup. With international recognition & sell out exhibitions in Melbourne & Adelaide, Chris Wake was selected a finalist in the 2008 Sovereign Asian Art Prize. Chris Wake has had more than 12 solo exhibitions and 40 group exhibitions. Art gallery/studio located next to the Mt. Lofty Botanic Gardens and near the lovely village of Stirling is open by appointment. Piccadilly Studio exhibits work by well known Australian artist Chris Wake. Quirky surreal figurative paintings that engage the viewer. Studio is set in 1.5acres of garden, including a rose garden, Zen garden, orchard and a vegetable garden. Chris Wake now also conducts vegetarian cooking classes several times per year from the studio.
