THE RESTAURANT…In the heart of the beautiful Bellingen valley on NSW, Coffs Coast is this area's most unique and innovative restaurant.

Built inside a magnificently restored old timber church (cir. 1800's) this restaurant just oozes character. From the secluded courtyard entrance through to the high ceiling main dining room with its unique wooden tables, original stained glass windows and French inspired furniture. The old world charm is not lost with the modern open kitchen and stylish ambience.

THE FOOD … Head Chef Robert likes to utilize the areas freshest ingredients to bring modern European flavours and techniques to our customers. He has a very distinct passion for his work which can be seen in the artistic detail of the dishes created. The textures, flavours, vibrant colours and shapes make dining here a sensory experience.

THE PEOPLE …Family owned and operated, Avé is an accumulation of owners Robert and Amanda's thirty years of hospitality experience. Trained in various iconic food destinations across Australia and overseas, they decided to settle in Bellingen and share their love of food, wine and hospitality with you.
