On November 6, the Subiaco Pétanque Club is hosting their 15th Guy Meunier Memorial Trophy, one of Perth's premiere pétanque events.
With the game being popular in over 50 countries it stands to reason that those petanque players visiting Perth in early November might feel like playing competitively against the locals, and so this year we are inviting your participation.
The event is Triples, with a separate Ladies and Men's competition.
You will need to register before 5pm on November 3.
Starts at 10am.
Licensed players only or purchase a day license to cover insurance.
Every Saturday and Wednesday afternoons members of Perth's largest pétanque club meet, and visitors are always welcome.
While not widely known as a sport Australians play, for those looking for a chance to exercise while on holidays, pétanque in Perth can be an enjoyable experience.
