Bedroom One - Queen size bed with en suite, Bedroom Two - Queen size bed, Bedroom Three - Queen size bed, Loft can sleep 1 single. Kitchen has a full gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cookware. 3rd floor balcony has BBQ facilities. Laundry facilities - auto washer/dryer combo. Bathroom with shower/full size bath and toilet on 2nd floor. Separate toilet 3rd floor.

Further Information: Apartment is opposite Bunburys popular surf beach - Hungry Hollow. Beach side BBQs and family picnic areas. Approximately 15 minutes walk to Bunburys CBD. Less than a two minutes to CDB by car. Close to beach side tavern and beachfront restaurants. Short distance to the City of Bunbury Surf Lifesaving Club. Rates are based on the number of people staying and length of stay - longer term rates are negotiable (stays more than 7 days) FULLY BOOKED FROM 1 JULY 2012 to 30 NOV 2012
Please Note: To be respectful to neighbours we have a NO parties allowed policy. Please note that this is a three story unit (entry and garages on ground floor, bedrooms on second, living areas on third). This unit is not really suitable for families with toddlers. DEPOSITS: 50% within 7 days of booking. Balance due at least 48 hours prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS: 50% of deposit cancellation fee, 100% of deposit within 7 days of arrival. BONDS MAY APPLY TO SOME RESERVATIONS.
